ACSH strengthens cooperation with Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus

On 24 November 2020, Mr. Alikhan Baimenov, Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Astana Civil Service Hub (ACSH) had an online meeting with Mr. Vyacheslav Danilovich, newly appointed Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the  aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus (Academy).

Mr. Baimenov congratulated Mr. Danilovich with his appointment as the Rector of the Academy and briefly introduced the latest ACSH’s achievements highlighting successful development of cooperation with the Republic of Belarus. He noted that the Republic of Belarus, in particular Academy, has actively participated and supported ACSH’s initiatives since its very inception. 

In turn, Mr. Danilovich was impressed by the successful work of the ACSH and noted the importance of such a platform for international dialogue, exchange of knowledge, experience and best-practices in the field of public service and public administration. He emphasized the significance of cooperation with the ACSH and expressed the readiness of the Academy to strengthen partnership between two organizations for the prosperity of public service systems in the region. 

During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for further cooperation, including the organization of a joint capacity building events and conduction of joint research project in the field of HR management.
