Hub signed MOUs with China National Academy of Governance and Association for Middle Eastern Public Policy and Administration

On 14th of October 2021, Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Astana Civil Service Hub Mr. Alikhan Baimenov has signed two bilateral Memorandums of Understanding: the first one with Mr. Li Shulei, Executive Vice-President of the China National Academy of Governance (CNAG); and another one with Dr. Ghada Barsoum,  President, Association for Middle Eastern Public Policy and Administration (AMEPPA).

In the framework of memorandum between the ACSH and the CNAG, institutions agreed to establish a cooperative relationship through mutual assistance in the areas of public administration, civil service and research. 

According to the agreement document between the ACSH and the AMEPPA, parties has negotiated to offer the opportunities for activities for exchanging of knowledge and experience, research and capacity development that will foster a collaborative relationship.

There are plans with both organisations to conduct joint research activities, exchange academic materials and publications, participation in seminars and scientific conferences on topical issues of public administration.
