ACSH will hold a panel session on "Governance and Trust in the New Reality" in the framework of the the GSPP online international conference
The Astana Civil Service Hub in partnership with the Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Public Policy (GSPP) will host the 4th international conference dedicated to the theme "Sustainable Development Goals in Central Asia and the Challenges of Covid-19", to be held online on October 15-17, 2020.
The aim of the Conference is the provision of attendees with opportunities to discuss and ﬁnd solutions on challenges related to Sustainable Development Goals in the era of post-COVID Central Asia and also create a network with scholars and practitioners by further providing the platform for young researchers and PhD students to present their research outcomes.
In the framework of the Conference the ACSH is organizing a panel session on "Governance and Trust in the New Reality", where effective governance and public trust issues during the pandemic and outlooks will be discussed.
The panel session will feature scientists and experts from the Hub member countries and international organizations who will share their thoughts, experience and ideas on effective public administration in the context of COVID-19, as well as on the role of government communication in building public trust at all levels. The evidence-based speakers' presentations are expected to be useful to policymakers and practitioners in the region and beyond.
